We hadden in december op een zondagochtend een kop koffie gedronken op het verwarmde terras van Hij en Ik in Domburg en een leuk gesprek gehad met de eigenaren. We besloten toen om snel eens bij die betrekkelijke nieuwkomer te eten. Dat deden we vorige week, maar de zaak bleek al overgedaan aan Richard Bimmel. Een Domburger die vast van plan is de goede start van het restaurant een even goed vervolg te geven. Richard Bimmel lijkt er nog wat confuus van dat hij nu de gastheer is van Hij en Ik. &quot;Ik zie het als een mooie kans. Over een tijdje verander ik de naam misschien. Het is een restaurant met mogelijkheden. Aan de achterkant kan nog behoorlijk uitgebreid worden.&quot; <br /> Hij ontvangt met Mirjam Sala de gasten, maar 'wil zo snel mogelijk de keuken in'.
